Cool underbody glow

i gotta get a kit. long story short saw a 95 cav and late 90 civic and they both blew me away. sleeper looks with that nice glow. anyway which way would you go leds or neons and which is brighter. all opinions are welcome and flame on like the human torch if that moves you.

LED's for sure. the tubes are more durable and the lighting is better.

my buddy has a $1000 kit from ICE LED in Iceland. It does 139 different functions and you can change the HUE, not just the color, but the hue of each color. The thing is insane.

None.

Also what are you talking about... sleeper look? Do you mean stock looking?

Can't be called a sleeper unless you have the power to back it up.

form and function are my goals as i have started on performance i would most surely like to add something of a visual appeal to match that. i dont understand the dislike for underbody lights. they aren't rice and have the ability to bring out a vehicles silhouette at night and in low-light conditions. whats so wrong with that as long as you dont fly down the street with them on?

LED's for two reasons.....durability/longevity and brightness. But you'll have to get a decent kit not the ebay ****. That **** is all nasty looking. You'll end up with dots on the ground from each individual LED if you get the cheapo like my wife on her lancer..... SHe should have got the good stuff.........

i have blue neons i really liked the way they looked when they were working... i have found that the fuse that came with the kit is way to small.... anywho LED's are nice also personal preference really... just make sure all the tubes are completely hidden or it will look like crap....
