The last review of the last episode in the last series of Top Gear.
If this doesn't move you in some way or another, then I don't know what will....

Trees take in CO2 (carbon dioxide) and expell O2 (oxygen).
Trees are good and breathing O2 is good also...
Anyway, I am not a hippie, tree hugging, bleading heart, liberal, yuppie who listens to every word that the lieing Al Gore says. The world is not getting warmer and it's not getting warmer from humans... Listen to the scientists who DONT have money to be made from selling "Anti-Global Warming" aggendas and products. It's always all about the money! Follow the money!
I fear the worst for Muscle/Exotics/Perfromance Cars. They are suffering a slow death, but in the end a new form of perfromance car will be born (Tesla, etc.) and we will tell our kids and grand kids about how monsters roamed the streets in our day. Spitting smoke and unburnt fuel and creating large clowds of tire smoke! lol Nothing better!
muscle cars. we are going to be the old people we hated growing up saying i remember when we didnt have tv. other than that it will be about performance cars. or it will be like on I Robot when he drives on his own and uses gas. i fear for the day that i cannot make huge clouds of burnt rubber, blowing black smoke, and shooting fire ***** out!

I disagree with Jeremy. I mean, sure it seems like the days of huge horsepower is coming to an end. Why else would they make the new mustangs with 400hp, the new Camaros and Challengers with their big displacement motors. Why would the biggest sellers during "cash for clunkers" be trucks?
I really think its just a cycle. We ran through the environmental scare before for global cooling. That we were blocking out the sun. Now its all about global warming and our exhaust is making a blanket(even though CO2 is heavier than air-how else does it get to the trees and algae?). I think as long as we choose what we buy with the money we have, our dream cars will keep being built. Supporting that: GM (due to demand), says they will revive the Z28...again.
As for resource crisis, we keep finding new oil resevoirs all the time. And not all of them in political hotbeds. Most of my work is actually coming from Angola(just recovered from a civil war, I know, but its not Iraq.)
Car company lobbiests are successfully getting loopholes written into a bill for environmental restrictions(don't know specifics, just saw a headline last week). They will also try to get the laws established early so they can't be amended easily(2012 instead of 2016).
I really think his review was pretty weak since he said nothing critical about the Aston. hehe
And is that really the end of the season? Seems short with just 7 episodes. Are they going on another long distance challenge thats going to be broadcasted later this year?
On a sidenote, I think his rant is unfair since neither James nor Richard were around to object to it.
