Quick Question on 19" wheel fitment

I have an 07 cobalt ls factory height,I was wondering will a set of 19" wheels with 255/40's fit on on my balt without any rubbing issues? Thanks alot guys.

FAIL ON MY PART THEY ARE 225/40/19's IM SORRY Those will fit right?

yea those will fit with no problem...

lowering is the only issue but 225 is the stock treadwidth for the ss guys so youll be fine.

NO! 225/40/19's are TOO TALL! You will likely have rubbing issues and your speedometer will be WAY off!
You need 225/35/19's.

Compare new tires to your stock tire size here:

The fronts are 225/35's and the rears are 225/40s they fit real nice but they sound loud on the road...any suggestions? thanks.

Why did you go with 2 different tire sizes? Not a good idea...another question, what tires are they? If they are directional tires, you're going to wind up not being able to rotate them at all (assuming you are keeping the fronts the 35 series and the rear 40 series). Expect to buy new tires in a year (2 at most).

His front tires will last a few years easily on an LS. The rubber will likely dry out and crack before the tread wears out on the rears! lol
