Ok so florence found our old cobalt on kijiji and some of the info was incorrect. Here is the link
http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-cars-CHEVY-COBALT-SS-SUPERCHARGED-W0QQAdIdZ157757425
Florence then emailed the contact to let them know there info was incorrect. They then emailed florence back with a rude response, saying "we been in business for 30 years, we know what we are doing" She then emailed back, not being rude, but just to correct them on the incorrect info. They then emailed her back saying "its a 2006 Cobalt LS, this is the vin number on the car ********** whoever sold you the car in nova scotia screwed you guys over" They continued to be rude. So i emailed them and said this
"Hello, my name is Damien Brown. I believe you are talking to my girlfriend about the Cobalt you have for sale. Seems to be a heated debate what the car actualy is. I just looked at the emails you sent her with the vin code you provided. That vin code is incorrect. I dont know where you looked or even if its the same car but i still have the orginal registration from Nova Scotia and then again here in Albert. Its a 2007 Cobalt SS Supercharger 2.0L ecotec engine with approx 87,000km on it. The previous mods that have been installed on that car were the following:
Harrop TVS Supercharger (before then 2.8" pulley on the m62)
60lb Fuel Injectors
2 Step Colder Spark Plugs
Devils Own Meth Kit
Cobalt Addiction Heat Exchanger
Ingalls Torque Damper
OTTP Stage 2 Rotated Transmission mounts
TTR Solid Engine Mount
Injen Cold Air Intake
Custom Tune
Gen 1 Halo Lights with 8000k HID
Eibach Lowering Springs
Polished fuel rail cover
Polished spark plug cover
Polished Door trim
Sound System
Custom trim
Custom painted brake calibers
Stoptech Slotted Rotors
Hawk HPS Brake Pads
Braided Brake lines
5% tint all the way around
4 into 1 header
3" downpipe
3" magnaflow exhaust
AEM Wideband gauge
Volt Gauge
3 gauge pod pillar
Viper 2 Alarm. It does NOT have a remote starter.
Most of the mods i took out before i sold the car to ericksons. The current mods that are on the car are 3.0" pulley, 60lb injectors, heat exchanger, sound system, cold air intake, door trim and the lowering springs, wideband, header, downpipe, exhaust, volt gauge and all the brake parts. And i know all the issues that the car has, which i sure as hell hope you guys fixed before you put this car out for sale. Otherwise someone is going to be pretty pissed off when they buy it.
So I dont care how long you been in buisness for or what your computer shows. That car is not a 2006 Cobalt LS. Have some common sense when you sell a car to get the facts right and some common sense when you look at the car...it doesnt look, act or sound like a cobalt ls. And also
If you have any further questions or problems, please contact me and not my girlfriend. Thank you and have a nice day."
Still waiting for a reply from them. Personally i wouldnt give two shits what happends to my old car. But when you try and sell it, giving the wrong info and then reply to a email that my gf sent and be rude about it...thats just fucked up. I know if i wanted to buy a used car i would want to know the truth of what it is....and if it has/had any issues. Still wondering where they got a fucked up vin code from.
