Noooooooooo, Don't do it, if you are not going to install projectors with hid then dont install hids at all. Just buy some philips ultra vision bulbs or silver stars. HID LIGHTS BELONG ONLY IN PROJECTORS!

Or if you're lazy and cheap like me...you could just buy the kit I got...works perfectly...8000k and improved visibility exponentially...plus 3000k in the fogs..it looks nice. PM me if you want further info...I'd rather not continue this convo with the projector police around ^^^

Did he ask whether or not he should put HID's in his headlights? No. So stfu. If you don't have an answer to the question he is asking, don't respond.

You'll want something that will connect with the factory 9007 harness. Whether or not you go bixenon is up to you though.

the link I posted above is the best deal I've found. Thin ballasts and lifetime warranty and reasonably priced too

Got the DDM raptor kit myself and love them, went with 5000k and they are nice. I wanna go retrofit one day but I don't see any problems with the our stock housings, they aren't that bad at all for HIDs.

You can do what ever you want with your car, that is what makes it your car. I am just trying to keep you out of legal trouble, yes retro's are not any more legal than dropping the bulb in, but to a passing officer they look more legal and you will not get harassed as much, if you are just going to drop bulbs in please at least make a harness so that you do not cook your stock wire harness. Oh and don't go above 6000k, I would suggest saying at 4500k or 5000k.
