I am going to be selling mine soon. What kind of prices were you guys asking, I have never sold or bought used tires before. The tires have 6,000 miles on them only!

Thanks,

Kyle

I'm at almost 10000 miles now... tires have been rotated 2 times now and have about 1/2 tread left or so.

They do wear VERY quickly though... I'd say about 20k miles on the Conti's and thats about it!

agreed, I just wore down that tread thats towards the outside of the tire with like little circles with a line through it pattern. the tiny circles are about 2 inches apart wrapping around the tire one tread in. I just wore them down to that dissappearing on front and back tires. Only rotated the tires once. I dont do burn outs, thats why I said I dont think Id buy any of these guys cars, lol. I could see a good bit of effort being required to destroy these tires. 20K seems like a reasonable life span for these tires.

Oh yeah, those circles have been missing on my tires for quite sometime!

I am just hoping I can get through winter on them... get me some new ones for next spring!

I actually believe the stock Conti's are very good tires, I mean they did get the record for FWD car on the road course. My stock Conti's up front have been pretty much bald since around 7k miles or so, but that is with burnouts, track racing and alittle going at it on the streets. I just rotated them about 200 miles ago, so hopefully it will last til next Spring.

No one said anything about performance. They are nice and soft for that. Longevity NO

The have a 280 rating and I would like to have at least a 400 longevity rating on tires.

I sold my stock Conti's because I desperately needed winters or all seasons because I bought my car in January. I put on some 225-40-18 W rated Cooper Xeon Sport A/S tire (which sucked a bit in winter anyway) and decided they handled pretty well so I sold off my Conti's for 500 bones with only 75kms on them. Not 7500, not 75000, not 750. 75. Just 75. LOL.

I have over 25k, mostly highway, on mine and they have plenty of life on them still. I'll probably buy new tires for next summer but I'd have no problem putting them back on if I had to....

You guys a bunch of morons.... he is asking what his stock tires are worth? Not how long should they last etc. It depends how much tread is left really. I think it would range from 150-250 with that mileage

If you come up with a price and a tread amount left. Let me know I would be interested in buying them assiming your not too far away.

I've got a set I'm trying to unload with only 2,400 miles on them...I'd like to get $500 for them...a new set would run you $800...so...I figure almost half off for a set with low miles is fair...

i've never rotated my tires cause i'm too lazy. i have 16000 some miles on my car and i still have a bit of tread up front. lot more in the back. i'm always burning the tires too, gotta love that 2nd gear wheel spin once you're tuned..

so if anyone in the southern wisconsin area wants to buy them from me i'm getting my snow tires put on in a week or so and will not need them anymore.

I'm at 7K miles and my fronts are gone in the center . I tried to adjust the air pressure to save the center's but no matter what i did the car wanted to eat the middle of the tire.
