Listen for the dueling exhausts (a G5 Pursuit GT and an 05 SS S\C). Come one, come all the more the merrier. So for you have not yet heard you are all invited. We will have different models of Ecotec powered cars so lets have some fun, eats, pics and a cruise. Sorry I didn't show. I had errands to run and a spa treatment booked for 2pm. I managed to get my car washed though:) Maybe another time guys.

It was small but good:) got to know one and other and exchange info and talk about some hilarious threads.Penquin had the best camera so Iam sure he is going to post some pics and yeah victorys custom cat garners lots of attention,Penquins sedan is a classy little car. after the meet I was driving home and seen two ss/na cobalts but they were going to fast for me to reach out and hit em with a cobaltss.net flyer. anyways Pegasus we are already looking at a mid July meet and a much much bigger one than this with a little work and lots of flyers I have no dobt it will be a success:twothumbs

I can't wait for Pie to get the pics on here. One helluva camera I must say.

Yesterday at my friend b day party I noticed I got my first rock chip. It's decent sized, need to head to the dealership for touch up paint:)

BTW, I called the place you mentioned about tinting, and there is a 2 week wait!!

We definately need another meet in the summer since I was out of town for this one. At the same time my car is so damn dirty right now you all would have boo'd me :)

pegasus,one of the guys today at the meet works for n-motion, they do tint..www.n-motionauto.net knowing peaple usually translates into deal especially when you want to tint two cars:)

o they are really good....i got mine from them. took an hour and a half i think.they did a very nice work! :twothumbs

PenguinePie, How much did you pay for your tinting, and how many windows did you get tinted? We were quoted 3 hours per car and about $180-$220

i think i paid 159 including tax ....its was a special deal last summer

tinted 5 windows: rear windshield and 2 more on each rear doors

you can check out my pictures for the tint ;) they are 20%

We do need a better location though. With the skytrain station there it is pretty busy.
Everyone keep there eyes open for a good locale where there is ample parking, not busy on a sunny summer day and has good picture potential.

Nah it's decent, depends on the time of day...at night its all guys showing off their sound systems and smoking pot but during the day its mostly a couple old folks and sight seers walkin thru the park. I used to go up there all the time for 240sx meets and it always kicked ass. The restaurant is probly wishful thinking tho...it's one of those posh places where u pay 25$ for a steak that, judging by the size, was carved off a hamster ;) I'll scope it out this weekend see what kind of traffic runs thru there.

I have not made an appointment yet because we can only come in on weekends. When we phoned they told us they were booked until Tuesday. I'd like to get both cars in on the weekend, if possible. Saturday this weekend would be good if its available but I don't know if it is.
