Red is not rice since it comes standard because it comes standard on certain cars like evos. I personally keep mine the way they are. I wanna be a sleeper, personally love the looks on people faces when a stock looking car squats on them and ***** a brick. I say do what you want tho. Just dont get a gay body kit and street glows, I want the ss/tc community to stay away from rice material.

meh, I hate on rice just as much as the next person but there really is only a fine line between rice and someone just trying to have a nice custom car. Painting a caliper is far from starting to be rice.

Lambo doors, bodykits (certain ones, painted certain way), underglows, racing stripes(again some cases), flames, ect ect start the rice.

So you say he would be a ricer if he painted his calipers yellow, but all the people who powder coat or paint their rims black are not rice. So how is it any different

Where can I get the OEM flat black touch up ? One of my Brembo calipers came scuffed up a bit from the factory. I know it won't rust or anything.

I did minds in red. IMO, it looks better than oem black/cast or the STi/G35 gold. Got to show off them Brembo's? Only if I can find the ZR1 blue caliper paint, that's what I want.

You guys are funny...

Let the man paint his calipers hot pink if he wants, who the **** cares?

If you can't find him pics he asked for, leave it the **** alone.

PS: I love my gold Brembos

Probably from the dealer. Or look up the paint code and go to a auto paint store. I remember I got a little touch up paint thing from my dealer before, it was like $2 for a small bottle, so it's pretty cheap.

Gonna be hard to find the color for the calipers though. Most likely, the calipers are painted by Brembo before they are shipped to GM, so it's not a GM paint color. Call Brembo and ask, or check Dupli-color. I was able to find a perfect match for the Brembo red and gold through them for a project a while back.

They will turn crap brown if you get the calipers hot. I'm so glad Chevy had the sense to order them in gray/black.
