around 50-60 degrees, low humidity. So cool and dry...

The cooler and drier the better. If you wanted to you could get a bag of ice and throw it on the S/C between pulls for some added HP. Also spray some water on the heat exchanger, i did it on one of my last pulls and it did help reduce the heat soak.

The cooler the better...this goes for any kind of car, whether it's forced fed or naturally aspirated.

Whats the heat exchanger, is that the intercooler?

the heat exchanger is infront of the radiator. it circulates coolant through the intercooler.
