You guys need to work on this issue. I've sent plenty of emails strictly following your desired format reguarding my order and even called. My emails arn't getting answered and when i call up it seems that cobalt-addiction people are never in. Tried calling to leave a message but the inbox is full. i placed my order well over a month ago. had some stocking issues which is understandable, but over a month has gone by waiting for the item to come in, im just trying to cancel the order and get the full amount refunded. I'd appreciate either a PM or just email me using the email in my profile.

I hope the issue can be resolved promptly.

thanks donna didnt mean to publicly flame you, just get frustrating when my cash has been out there for a while and i still have no product. i understand its mostly due to the manufacturers role just not being able to get a hold of you guys sometimes scares me
