Hello everyone,
Just wanted to post real quick to try and help those of you out who may be experiencing a delay in responses to your emails and phone calls to Cobalt-Addiction.

I am on the message boards nearly 10 hrs of my day- yes quite obsessed.

If you have a problem such as delayed shipping of your order or general questions etc. please do the following:

1st check the FAQ section of the cobalt addiction site which is located on the main page.
If your question still is not answered email sales@cobalt-addiction.com and kenny will try and get back to you the quickest that he possibly can. We get hundreds of emails we must sort through and many people ask a lot of technical in depth questions that might require some research.

If you do not receive an email back within 2 business days, send a second just to make sure it got through. Sometimes the spam blocker on our email server will kick back emails and we may not get them.

If you still are experiencing problems call our number.

You may also PM me with urgent issues you need resolved. I too answer quite a few PMs daily and I work 2 jobs other then helping with the CA site but i should be able to get back to you within a few hours. I will try my best to rectify any situation but be advised I personally can not issue discounts, refunds etc (anything money related). That MUST be handled by Kenny himself. I am trying to give everyone the opportunity to have several outlets and methods of contact with us to improve our customer service issues.

Just wanted to let you all know that im here and always have been to help you and provide an outlet to help things run smoother and to try and lend a hand to the cobalt community. We are a very small company working very hard. anything i can do to make things run smoother i will do.
