SS/SC Front Bumper Lip??

SS/SC Front Bumper Lip??
I want to put the SS/SC front lower lip on my Pursuit GT. My question for the SS2.4's who have done this is: how are the lips installed on the bumper? can you purchase them already painted (black)? and cost??

yea i think they can be purchased already painted black..as far as installn it...the only way your gonna do is:
1.)cut holes all the way around the bottom of the bumper( the holes have to be cut perfect for the lip to line up properly and actually look good)
OR
2.) you can go buy the whole ss/sc front bumper that already has the holes cut into it
....well either way you go it gonna be costly...and if you do #1..then good luck cuz no good body shop i went to would even consider cuttin holes in the bumper cuz they said it is nearly impossible to do
