Hi Folks -

I just ordered a billet lower grille from autoanything.com for my SS -

I was trying to find a suitable mesh material and could not find anything that I liked, and of course I need to put something in place on the lower grille opening to keep flying debris out, as well as the occasional possum or raccoon....

I saw the polished billet carriage workes grilles for the cobalt ss on crutchfield, but I wanted a black one to match the car better - http://www.crutchfield.com/S-e75q3Dq...display=XL#Tab


I called Carriage Works and they were very good on the phone, and told me they do offer a gloss powder coated black billet grille for the cobalt ss -

Anyway - a little spendy - $106 delivered, but I am confident it will look good on the car and provide some minimal protection from crap hitting my condenser.

Part number for the black powder coated unit is: 42943

I'll post pics when it comes in and when I put it on the car -

you can brush it with black paint, and it will look almost gun metal if youd like, i think that would look hott! But if u want a all black grill, then i guess this ones for you !
