I just figured I owed Aaron a thank you after my first order with Turbo Tech Racing.
I had heard of the compliments and reputation of fast shipping and superb customer service before, but i am a skeptic...... that is until i ordered through TTR. Aaron not only helped me out via email (not to mention what could be called a 'chat' thru email), but he offered me some very specific and privilaged information.
I am now a SOLE customer (yes you heard me!) of TTR no matter what the cost. nothing beats great customer service and an honest retailer.
For member information, i ordered an Ingalls torque dampener for my Cobalt and a Borla catback for the STi. I didnt even expect the orders to show up at the same time..... but after the shipping conformation occurred on Friday night, i recieved BOTH items on tuesday the next week. (not to mention that Fedex messed up and the items were in town at 11am on Monday)
