sorry guys, something came up last minute, wasn't able to make it. maybe in the near future.

 

I've been wanting to go to RMR lately just so that I can get some slips. Friday night drags are a great way to do this. $10 to race, $7 to watch, both for all night. Tivie, I want to see you run. I want to see the difference between the GMPPII and Intense Stage 3 (a guy with that kit on his black SS/SC usually goes to RMR). They usually do the midnight drags on Fridays. Most people start to show up at about 5 to 6 pm even though they don't start races until 10:30. This will give us all a chance to meet up and get to know each other before we race. Is anybody else interested? Also, RMR is giving away SS's. I think they are SS/SC's. That'll be fun to watch somebody win. Maybe we can help them out with their new car?

Hey guys. I'm in Orem but in SLC a lot of the time too, and actually looking to buy a house in SLC very soon. I grew up in T-ville.

I used to be an RMR regular, but haven't been much the last couple of years because A.) I hate that ******* place and B.) no time for drag racing anymore.

So how does the Intense Stage III Cobalt run? Last I had seen a year or two ago the best Cobalt SS/SC or Redline Ion were mid-15's.

I'd like to go to an MD sometime again but I don't know when I'd be able to race. I have to work in Provo until 5 or 6 at least on Fridays. I could at least some watch though.

 

Also, have any of you guys gotten on a dyno? I want to see how my numbers compare... mine was done at Phantom at the UFBA dyno day.

 

I'm from SLC too. I drive a RSX-S though. I test drove a SS a while back and loved the torque.

But I was just in their garage and saw 4, all decaled the same: orange, blue, red, and black. i was in there because I wanted to race last friday and was waiting for the rain to stop. unfortunately, they called the races off.
