This sunday the 28th is open track day at waterford hills race track. It is a 1.5 mile road course. It costs $125 I will be there, just putting this out there if anyone wants to test their driving skills. You can find info here waterfordhills.com

awesome, I may join in on the fun. keep me posted on this if there are any future events you are going to. Do you need to upgrade on this car to make it withstand a whole day of open tracking? How to the brake pads and brake fluid hold up?

BTW, here is a link to the open track information. http://www.waterfordhills.com/otd106.pdf

I run my camaro there all the time. You pretty much need to change brake pads and brake fluid and oil after the event. Other than that its just alot of WOT!!!!

What about being licensed at WHRRI? I found this on their website:
Before you can race at WHRRI, you must attend a driver school and obtain a racing license, either through WHRRI or another sanctioning body such as SCCA or NASA.

I don't have a racing license, but I have open tracked before. Would I be fine to attend?

That is just for sanctioned races. This is an open track day for all skill levels. I dont have a racing license either. I just go to this every year. Hope to see you their. If you go, show up early. There is usualy a pretty long line for registration. My cobalt is Black and my name is matt.

2 of my buddies are gonna be there. Keep your eyes peeled for a light grey Evo 9, and a first gen Neon ACR (black body, grey roof) with a rollcage in it.
