I have a 2.85 sitting here

Currently:GM stage 1, replacement air filter, 3" pulley, and Colder plugs are what im running.

My main concern:

Is the 2.85 pushing the blower past its limit? Heaton instead of Eaton? :)

I was going to buy the idler pulley until i recieve my belt, I want to run the S2 belt, its actually on order for me, so that's kinda why im holding off, but I have the itch to throw the 2.85 on.

Is the fueling needs ok? I dont have an aeroforce, so I cant monitor Injector pulse widths or anything... I was mainly just planning on running the 2.85 once and a while, otherwise im happy with performance from the 3.0

Just want some opinions, Thanks :)

I believe they say when you enter 2.6 area, that's pushing the limits of the supercharger.

If you're going to change your pulley, just get the GM Upgrade kits.

You're fine with the 2.85". Fuel will be good, you're not shoving too much heat, from everything I've seen-a 2.8" pulley is just fine with those mods. If you want to see a Heaton, put a 2.5" on! Holy cow! It would benefit you to get a header or atleast a cat-back to help get the air out faster. If you don't have emissions testing, definitely get rid of the cat, that's a huge restriction. Have fun.
