Well I had to have my rear bumper repainted cuz my gf's friends backed into it and with no connection it was gonna be $430 however i just got it repainted on tuesday by a connection of course and he only charged me $200. So I would say for two fenders to be molded, painted, and fit to the car thats a pretty good price.

Just currious, where did you get the fenders? Can you post a link? Also where did you get the carbon fiber badges and are they real carbon fiber?

thats not a bad price. i am in the process of trying to find someone to put on my body kit and fenders. if you can get the painting done your selfe then it should be alot cheaper.

If your willing to drive to michigan i can prolly get you a hookup with the guy that did mine. Dont know for sure how much it would cost tho and he tends to be quite busy. His number is (734) 242-1118. The body shop is Wayne's Body Shop but ask for Steve. Tell him that Brandon Biniecki from HIRCC sent ya. If he doesnt remember who i am tell him I am the person with the orange cobalt and he will know who you are talking about. However by making the trip you prolly spend the money in gas that you actually save. However you could always send the fenders to me and I could have them do them and send them back to you

Also i found the fenders at cobalt-addiction they look nice so no need for the link for that

Macco is the cheapest place you will find. But also the paint is cheap and they suck it wil crack and the paint will chip. I'm a painter and i've fixed their work too many times to remember

don't go to a chain. find a shop that does work on custom cars. the $200 per panel is what my paint guy usually charges and his work is amazing.

$200 is about correct. Thats about what i charge depending on the color 3 stage paint jobs take more time and are more expensive paints but our cars are only 2 stage base clear.

Im in spring grove just north of you. Well the paint and primer and clear arent cheap. I will pay for it but Ill have to get it back from you and paints arent cheap. I used to be a rep for PPG paints. Luckily your car is black and well thats about the cheapest color you can get. Id do it for a 100 or so plus the materials. How is the finiish on them now they need a lot of prep work or are they fairly straight?

or just go to Home Depot and buy the Fiberglass kit and do it your self and learn at the same time. thats what we did. now we can do anything with fiberglass. but always knowing it will crack. and then u will feel u wasted your money. its best to waste time than money

Yeah I could install hem as well. Yes they would need to be test fitted to adjust all the gaps. Its a 25 mintue ride. Just go up 31 north to rt 12 and you are pretty much there. When ya heading to mexico?

I do my work out of a small shop I have at my house. I am yet to have anything I have painted come back. I do lots of bikes and old muscle cars and all my guitars I build for customers mostly so you know as well as I do they are ever more **** about what they get. Especially when someone is paying you $3,000 for a guitar it better be good and it better lastand they do considering tey get handled every time they get played and your oils on your skin and sweat and everything is alot more harsh then what your fender will see on a day to day basis. I can show ya some of the things I painted if ya want to see. Just trying to help ya out is all.

Ahh clearcoating is the easiest part I think. i dont know why people always end up running it thought but they always do. Lets get together when you return so I can take a look at them and see how much will be beeded then can better judge what materials to use. If they are gelcoated and pretty good shape should go pretty quickly. I gotta tell ya though paint and other needed stuff isnt cheap at all. I could probably get all the paints and clear and sealer and stuff for maybe 125-150 give or take a bit ok. With out the actual paint code cant get a accurate price for it.
