If you take good care of your car.. the WHOLE car including the underbody, get a Pacesetter Exhaust, it will need good upkeep to keep the paint intact to prevent rusting but i hear some great things from it

Since the 2.2 has only 1 3\4", anything would be better. Here is one place to start doing research.

Yep. I was surprised. I thought it was 2". The guys who did Penguin Pie's muffler are my mechanics and they mentioned that it was only inch and 3\4.

This is the easiest and cheapest way. And yes it can be done. I did this with my SS\SC.
Penguin Pie did this with G-5Mike's old SS muffler. Keep in mind that the rest of the exhaust is still small.

alright, i can't find any great benefit to buying corsa...what's wrong with getting a magnaflow or even dc sports exhaust? and if nothing it wrong then how is corsa justifying charging so much? and what is the difference between corsa's sport and touring exhaust (touring is even more expensive)?

thanks zzzzzzzz..

you can do it yourself, basically you need hand gloves, lots of fishing line, goo gone, car wash material, and wax

and lots of patience

1. run the fishing line through the moldings (it takes a few times to get it off)
2. scrape off the remaining tape on the door (the painful step)
3. use goo gone
4. wash and wax

If you like the Magnaflow mufflers and can find one the universal pipes that you like I have a great website/number that gives killer deals on them. I'm have ordered a muffler from them and going to have a muffler shop here install and run new pipe. This is way cheaper than buying a cat-back system and should get the same results as far as performance and sound. If you have a ls or lt I would suggest a 2.5 inch exhaust from cat-back though, I think you would see better gains.
