What's up guys?I am one of many of canadians really frusrated waiting for the SS. I have been waiting since jan 05,I've been discussing with my buddies and they are trying to tell me that I would be better of waiting for the new model '06 rather the purchase on '05. The only thing that i'm afraid of is that the price of the SS would go up because of the high demand, and i also heard that the seat inserts would be an additional option on the '06? What do you guys think???

If you're in no rush, I'd wait. There's a chance there'll be more/different options, more colours, etc. Plus, I doubt you'll get one in Canada if you order now anyway You could keep an eye out at the dealers in your area, and see if one comes in, and if nothing, order an '06 in late June or July. I doubt the price will change much (maybe a few hundred dollars). Plus, it sounds like there'll be some new colour choices for '06.

Oh yeah, you might be able to get the LSD and Recaros for an '06, which for some inexplicable reason you can't on an '05 in Canada

 

If you are going to wait that long you might as well wait for the new honda civic or the new mitsubishi eclipse or the new mazda3speed

 

if you have one on order stick it out man... but like ppl said if your not in a rush then just wait for the 06, the bright side would be you would save more money for the downpayment if anything

 

All 05' models that are on order will be produced if purchased before the middle of June cutoff. You are correct though......there may be options not avail on the 05's. that could include the recaro's and other colors. If I could've chosen silver......well, you know!!!!
