I think I will, its prolly going to be packed full of rice but hopefully I can get some runs in. And whatever, I am such a ricer myself I will fit right in.

Anywho I may go to milan for this but I already know of about 100 cars that are going to be there. So this leads me to beleive it will be ridiculously over crowded.

 

I'll be taking I-75 to I-696 to I-275 to MI-14 to US-23. I'm not really familiar with the area around any of those roads so I don't really know anywhere to meet up. If you do let me know.

 

A couple of us are coming from Lansing, we should all meet up somewhere by the I-96 intersection and form up a cobalt/ion caravn.

 

Friday last year for the downriver cruise was nuts... I plan on going there this Fri night and Saturday in the AM.....then head out to Milan at 2-3pm for the 4pm show. Might race if there is room left. Sounds like 100's of cars will be at Milan along with the downriver cruise... What a weekend.

 

What time are you heading out there Friday?

 

could do friday cruise after work might not make it out there till 9 or 10ish at the latest though, but if you guys have a few of you there i should be able to find ya

23 has construction on it @ 94... i can route us around it if you dont mind taking the senic route invovles swinging thru downtown A2 which could be fun...

theres a target home depot center off 96 grand river exit just west of where 96 & 23 come together... if you guys dont mind a 4dr grocerygetter tagging along first thing that comes to mind for those coming from lansing and the est side

 

A lot of people will probably be heading down 275. Could try to find an exit around there before it hits M14 (like 7 or 8 mile), then a time and place to meet off that exit.

******* Warning ******** for all of you coming to the downriver cruise. Lincoln Park cops are some of the biggest ******** you will ever come across. Especially this new rookie bunch they have running around. So be very careful there is nothing they would love more than to pull you over and then entice you into getting into more trouble. I am not a cop hater in anyway but I have lived in this city for 2 weeks and have had 2 bad run ins with them. Both times I was doing nothing wrong. Both times I was let ago with a warning about them watching me. Watching me do what ?

I will be there with a bunch of guys from HIRCC (Hyperformance International Racing Car Club). The event is known as Street Warriorz. There will be the Barely Legal Bikini Contest, Burnout Contest, Car Show Contest, Bracket Racing, Loudest Sound System & Ugliest Car Contest. Our club is one of the largest that will be attending this event. Make sure you stop by the tent. Also the event is sponsored by hooters so all the hooters chicks will be there but just tell the wife/gf your going for the wings lol
