the car is spotless by the way... in the 2nd pic down, the bumper looks dirty, it's actually the reflection off the ground... was in a gravel parking lot for that one..

Not to step on anyone's throat who doesn't have a Cobalt SS 2.4L or Cobalt SS Supercharged...but this is "cobaltSS.net" after all. It would be wierd having a featured car that is not really related to the main purpose of the site.

That said, I guess it would be unfair to discriminate against those who are powered by 2.2L cars or those who drive a G5 or Pursuit.

A Cobalt is a Cobalt dude. They are just because of minor engine, transmission and exterior differences, its the same car. Without base 2.2L there would be no "performance" trim for the car. For example, its not like GM would just make Z24 Cavs, they made lower base models and the Z24 performance model.

It would be good to show diversity in the site by having a 2.2L as a featured car.

 

My 2.2 Should be the featured Car.. and then re-featured after i put the body kit on

mods have no say on which car will get featured. the admin just picks one.

Sharp looking car! Although I have to admit, I chuckled after I read "NO 56K" and then opened the thread to see only one tiny picture in the first post.

 

im ganna try to go for it after my body kit i think ive got like a 5 way tie for the heavy modded 2.2s .... most are SS's on here or stock 2.2s but me, and some sedan guys and a couple 2 doors are pretty deep into the moding thing

I'm of the thought that it's not just the Modifications to your car, but how much of a good representation your car is for the site... hence the reason SS's usually get picked.

On the same token, I would pick the Blue coupe in a second, those are real nice pictures.

I bet you guys are getting sick of seeing my car up there too. Too bad. J/K

btw i know donna has an SS but that thing is badass
