06' SS2SS 07-09-2006, 05:39 AM I found a thread mentioning this site and thought I would post this up for you guys. It's a site pretty similar to myspace but for car lovers. Go here http://www.motortopia.com/main/cars. Sign up, start a profile and represent the Cobalt Nation! Look for me on there, I'm "MadMax" and my car is "Black Balt". There are a lot of people on there from CobaltSS.net Come and check it out!:twothumbs
yallabalt 07-12-2006, 08:20 PM Ok, I did this. Now I need yalls help. Some one has challenged my Jeep, my Jeeps name is Jesse. I have seen alot of yall on there. I have voted for the Cobalt's that are on challenge. I need yall to do the same for me please. I know this probably sounds kinda weird, but a Wrangler is sooooo much cooler than a Cherokee. Hey I can drive topless & they can't!!! Thanks in advance!:cssNET:

The Wrangler is the only Jeep I'd ever consider owning! (and in my opinion the only true Jeep) You got my vote.
Edit - post a link to the challange for us lazy peeps!

yallabalt 07-26-2006, 12:14 AM Well my husband got a motortopia page this evening. I know none of yall will notice him as a Cobalt owner, because he is on there with his F150. He does however pay a Cobalt note ever month though. lol Any who he is livin_large or heres the clicker www.motortopia.com/livin_large/cars
Just in case yall want to add him to your friends list. Many thanks, Nessa
BullDog71ss 07-26-2006, 12:20 AM That site is pretty cool, but I hate when people give all 5 of their votes to someone just because they know them.
Votes should be cast fairly. If one car outperforms another, then give it at least that one point, and then the other 4 (style-1/overall-3) can go to the car if you like it more.
Just don't go casting votes to make the Cobalts win. Those are hollow victories, and they don't go unnoticed on that site.

I was guilty of that. Gotta support a fellow Cobalt owner. I have recently begun to change my voting habits. There are so many impressive cars on there. The other car owners are so nice too. Hell the challenge I am involved in right now, I voted for the other car, not mine. It is a ss camaro & OMG it is so fine. He deserves the win, although I am ahead. I want to do a challenge with my boat. I think that would fun & silly, ya know something different.

Yes I have the small Sea Doo thing lol It is the Sportster. A ton of fun! The three boats we go on our boat trips with are 40 foot power boats, Envision & Fountains. We keep up with them (barely) but they have more fun with ours once they set anchor. The guys go tubin & wake boarding behind our boat, you can not do that with theirs. Pluse our boat is very fuel efficient. We spend nearly $60 for a tank of gas, lasts us all weekend. They spend close to $600 in gas for the weekend. My husband & I like to play outdoors, so the Jeep & Sea-Doo are our weekend adventure toys.

Sweet, it sounds like a ton of fun.
My uncle and I are just finishing up the rebuild of my grandpa's old boat. Sadly, it's not nearly as exciting as the boat that you and your husband have. It's just a 13 foot, aluminium, 4 person fishing boat. ;)
We just sprayed the entire interior with tan bedliner and we're buying a 10hp 4-cycle electric start Nissan motor. Although, considering the size of the lakes we use it on, it's an ocean liner compared to most other boats.
I will buy a cool boat one of these days...
Cobalt443 07-26-2006, 03:55 PM I'm on there....same name as on here

I've seen you on there as well. There are actually more Cobalt people there than any other type of vehicle. We're like a bunch of invading ants.

Mustangs 97 Cobalts 79. The Mustangs are dominating us at the moment. Not by many though.
^^ I didn't realize there were that many Cobalts. I'll hafta do a little more searching it appears.
