If your talking about the torque dampner we don't sell it, and in facts its not even needed with the control arm bushings and these trans mounts. Rob went back to hist stock brace after installing these.

Yeah i'm talking about the Ingalls Engine Torque Damper.
Wow, I thought you guys sold it.
I might have to go with those controll arm bushings and get the free trans mount.

We are trying hard to keep up with demand. Cores are coming back slowly from customers so it makes it hard to keep up.

has Intense tried fitting one of those inserts into a front tranny mount for an 04 Redline? It's a different mount from the one used in the 05/06 models of Redline/CobaltSS

I may just be stupid but i'm a little unsure about where these mounts go. do they just press into where the stock rubber trans mounts are or is this somethign completely different?

also is that $100 before taxes cause all i really need from you is an MPS ($99.99) at least for now.

We are usually extremely busy and answer emails as promptly as we can and all phone calls within 1 hour of leaving a message. It doesnt always work out that way depending on the demands of the day but it is what we try for.

Install isnt to tough. Hardest part is getting old bushings out.

you already have them in there?

if so what's the ride like from the vibrations?

The vibrations are pretty noticable but only when idleing. Easy solution (if you have HP Tuners) is to bump the idle up a few hundred rpm and almost all of the vibrations go away.

i read on their site that they were softer than most of the other poly mounts, and that they would not vibrate as much, but i was not going to install them until i got an opinion from someone beforehand. i might put them in one night this week, it looks to be about an hour or so job with a press.

I got them installed today but it wasn't easy (the 2004 Red Line has a different front mount so it has nothing to do with the product, it is great) The rear one fits fine but the insert on the front 04 mount is a bit smaller then the 05+ mount so it took a little modification, some power tools, and a lot of patience to get the insert in.

We (when I say we, I mean Enufpwr ) had to trim the leading edge on the front of the mount, even then it was pretty difficult to get the insert into the mount. Once it was installed we had to cut about a half inch off the back of the insert so it would fit back on the car. It took a blow torch, razor knife, big ass rubber hammer, vice, and a saws-all to get that front one in, but it's in now and that's all that matters.

Thanks to Enufpwr for spending so much time on my car and to Intense for the free mounts.

Did you guys cut your stock bushings away like the others did in their how to?

Or did you find a better way to remove them?

I will probably be installing mine in the next week or so, just curious

There is no need to cut them out. Use a big flat head screwdriver between the mount and the bushing and use it to seperate the bushing from the mount.

Awesome, I'll try it that way when I do mine, hopefully this weekend if I can find the time.

The how to I found was very well done as far as showing the locations of the bolts in the mounts and such, just a little lacking on the dis-assembly of the stock mounts
