Cobalt and Ion Parts

For those who dont know me, my name is Keith Losier.

I am new to the board, been reading for a while and decided it was time to post and get some things started after this past weekend.

I currently own a 2004 Saturn Ion and 2005 Cobalt SS.

My saturn won the Design award at SEMA 2004 as well as the APril/May 2005 Cover of Performance AutoSound MAgazine.

My new project is the SS, both vehicles were in atlantic city this past weekend for IAS.

Im just dropping a line to say hello, introduce myself and hopefully get some feedback on some things you guys would like to see for these cars.

I will become a supporting vendor as soon as i get my manuf and molds finished for the GM products.

My company is one of the leading building teams on the east coast and canada for show cars. We have been working with a Carbon Fibre Manuf for the past 4 years, and know we are ready to introduce our own line of GM related Carbon fibre items.

we already have Cobalt SS, Cobalt, Saturn Ion and Chevy Aveo carbon fibre hoods, trunks, mirror covers. Working on a few other carbon pieces as well.

Looking for input. on other items, and interest in company's looking to distribute. We have a few but are leaving all windows open at this time.

Feel free to drop me a line if you have any ?

Thanks

Sweet. Do you have any pictures of your previous work (Ion related or not)?

Thanks for showing interest, I'd really like to see what you can do. Every extra vendor helps.

carbon fiber trunk lids would be cool, possibly black out tail lights covers, carbon fiber interior trip pieces, full replacement would be nice, carbon fiber engine bay pieces,

the reason why i ask for those is because i'm all for the all around approach. good looks wwith the ***** to back it up, carbon fiber trunk lid, spoiler, hood, interior and engine bay pieces will look nice w/ stock body, then have the performance to back it up. the car isnt over done, good enough imo to win some shows when entered, like HIN HID Sema and local car shows and have enough go to run consistnt 13 's or better.and with the cobalt ss 13's and 12's are easily doable. and still looking good.

Would like to have a functional fresh air hood.
Maybe a cowl induction hood would look pretty sweet
on the SS, similar to the 69 Z-28's.

thanks for the input guys

homewrecker what is your dsm user name? I sold my talon long time ago and have been soo busy with my shop and manuf plant trying to get some things on the go.

we have carbon hood, trunk, mirror covers, as you may know your mirror covers just pop off easy and are replaceable.

As for anything else, i have actually considered putting the HID kits from my friends company on my list of items that we distribute but unsure of peoples wants and needs.

My website will be up and running within a week with info and pics of all my cars and products available.

Thanks

My name on DSM Canada is Peter Filz.

I'm selling my Talon trying to make room for my SS when it comes in. We need a another TFATF movie to come out so I can sell this thing quicker

As far as appearences go , abou the only thing I would liek to see come available is a projector headlight with an attractive design . There is so much fugly crap on the market and the same crap will probably be available for the Cobalt . Looking for a Audi/BMW'ish type projector headlight in a black housing . Nothing outrageous , just a attractive projector , styled like say a PIAA 90 MM headlight capsule , a staggered parking light with maybe a city light styled in between them .

I Have Some Suggestions.

I'd love to see some carbon fibre engine accent peices.
New grill for top and bottom of SS front fascia, black mesh.
Black Headlight housings with HID like these already assembled.

I would personally like to see some different SS and Chevy badges. Maybe in black or carbon fiber. To replace chevy symbol in front and back.
If you make any of these let me know as I will bu them A.S.A.P.
