Wheels Peeling what i can do if my dealer doesnt want to cover it ?

Im in Canada and my car have 1500 km on it and my wheels start to peel a little on each but i have also a couple of paint chip due probably of some road hasard and this is why my dealer really want that the gm service representative see my wheels before give the ok to refinish my 4 wheels. The service manager is really an ass hole and always try to protect himself and i really think that he know more that he tell me about my case and he try to put the fault on me. If Gm finally doesnt want to cover the wheels and claim the road hazard circumstance what i can do ??????? Can i report this to gm directly, i think in the Usa they have BBB and they have good result with it ????? Does we have a BBB thing in Canada to help us ????? let me know dude because now this guy really start to **** me off

They should refinish your wheels. There has been several people that the wheels have started to flake including me. If dealer won't do anything then notify district manager.

Try camvap.ca They are a vehicle arbitrator for new vehicle owners and manufacturers. Use them if you don't get anywhere with GM.
