Raced a SRT-4 while on lunch :)

Ok, so i was driving to Subway on the infamous Hwy 100 and all of a sudden a black srt-4 pulls up next to me. He was runnin his mouth a little, so we slowed down to like 35, and on the 3rd horn we went. Well, I dropped it in to 2nd, and just as he heard the howl of my CAI and Supercharger he looked shocked. I figured this is what he looked like > Anyways, I had him by a little more than half a car length. It was a good race.

Not the greatest story but I thought I would share with everybody.

Nice....good job.

I wonder if he had anything done. Those cars are so rare to find still left as a virgin.

very true...but then again you have to take a test drive before you buy it right? It just depends on how many test drives she's been taken on....lol

Obviously if there was alot of test drives and no buyers...it must not be that great...lol

Good kill.

I'm beginning to notice the sheer amount of SRTs that have all combinations of goofy mods, and still only trapping 98-103.

Thank god i got past that stage!

Intakes do next to nothing for SRT4's, and we all know BOV's are for pure sound. Nice kill.

Nice kill! I hate to say it, but there's a lot of fast SRT on the highway, so next time you might lose!!

What color is your car?

If you live close to the highway then you need to bring that thing to Da Grove next Sarturday the 29th. At most one goes, this is a shame since it's in the middle of Milwaukee and Chicago.

Nice job defending our SS/SC's!

And you dropped it into 2nd before the third honk, right?

Also, what mods do you have (if any)?

This is very true, there's a few local stock srt's here that have ran 13.7's bone stock, while there's also 3 or 4 guys with a couple grand in mods trapping in the high 90's running mid 14's. It's mostly all in the tune and a combination of bad modification choices.

But like some say watch out for the big turbo ones because they'll eat you up, see sig for 1/8th mile time on a stock motor with turbo upgrade
