being from southern ontario, we get the greatest extremes of weather, from -40C with windchill to 40C with humidex in the summers, we get it all!!!

but man, i hate driving ss in this hot sticky air, it feels so slow and sluggish, like it has 40 less horspoewer and 50 less ft lbs of torque, i can actually hammer it in first and watch the rpm slowly rise before i chirp the car into second and slowly take off.

versus driving the car in 0C weather and watching 1st gear roast, then when 2nd gear finally hooks up im hauling so much ass! *sigh*

 

Hot, humid summers? Come down to Georgia and then bitch about that.

Been looking at the water injector that sprays water over your intercooler.....Anybody have any first hand experience with this system? As I reside in S. Florida it is hot all the time and humid as hell 85%++. It seems when it rains the boltloves it runs like crazy but driving fast in the rain here is just asking for the bodyshop or a ambulance ride! Shoot me e-mail with advise....Thanks....

 

It sucked here in illinois tonight. I'm sure last week it was worse when we had high 90s and no rain forever but sitting at a stop light i was flippin through my DIC and saw water temps. at 220+. Kinda scared me but once i got rolling they dropped to 204 again

 

solution: alcohol injection, worked for me.

 

Come to Az for one week during the middle of summer, then you can complain about miserable weather.
