For those of you who have the sport line lowering springs, how do they feel copared to the original ride? are they worth buying, and have you had any problems with them?
i have had mine in for about a month now.. and i love them to death. the ride is a bit more bouncy.. they sportlines are a softer shock than stock. but they do wonders for the appearance.. and some what for the handling. i would highly recommend them.. and for the most part they are an easy install. done at home in about 3 hours, and if or when you buy them.. definately get them from turbotechracing.com

Sportlines are the perfect drop imo. On most other cars they usually have a bit more of a drop but with the Cobalts the stance is perfect. And yes they are amazing with a set of Koni's

off topic i'm from louisville too. i'll be coming home to visit some time soon maybe i'll be able to see some nice cobalts while i'm there.
Well the ideal height for lowering, as far as handling is concerned, is when the control arms are parrallel to the ground. Looking at my sportlines they are slightly slanted upward (going from the middle of the car to toward the tires) but are very close to being level. Pro-kit is definalty for those who want the handling/ride of springs but without the drop. And the Koni's are koni yellow adjustables, i was the test car for them.
