Shit I don't even know if i'm going to come down this next weekend. The weather just took a shit on us. I didn't see the weather turning so fast. Ya last week high in the mid 80's and this week possible snow on friday. Hi in the 50's FML.

But the good thing is that I have a bunch of new parts coming in for the VR4 so I'm going to have the majority of it done the weekend following next if not in the middle of next week. All thats left is the synchros and a new clutch. Hopefully mid November the car will be running. :)

VR4 engine is almost fully assembled. I just have to bolt up 2 more brackets and thats basically it while the engine is out of the car. I have to wait to put the water housing on cause the engine stand is in the way. Lookin like the middle of November I'll be able to start the car up. :)

Nope my SS is completely stock for the moment. I really want to get the stage 3 from zzp with a 2.9 pulley and an intake with a full exhaust. Thats all i want to do with the cobalt.

I pretty much got the whole ZZP StageIII w-2.7 on mine and it def sounds like rocks tumblin', but she f*kn boogies - when you simply punch it at bout 2500rpm's in 2nd gear the tires be spinnin by the time you hit 3100rpm's!!! you rocket to 60-70 pretty quickly!!

Shit I have a 10 foot snow drift on top of my 93 vr4. But redline I finally got my 95 vr4 put back together and she finally runs. But the hood is still off.

we need to do a fargo cruize or something...i see cobalts here in fargo but no one seems to talk...btw i am originally from grafton and moved to fargo in june of 09. I have seen a cobalt ls/lt with a high rise and then i believe i saw a red ss/sc one time turning off of university.

Thanks. Just ordered a boost gauge and oil pressure gauge so I can finally turn it up to 11-12 psi. 6 psi sucks on this car. She needs to be back to stock boost at least. Full turbo back exhaust and carbon fiber drive shaft is the last things i'm gonna do and hopefully they get done by June.

Yeah get the exhaust and then turn up the boost to 14psi and enjoy!

I'll post a vid when i get her running with the gauges and boost controller installed.

I don't know if anyone else has been in Grand Forks lately, but the streets/potholes are terrible! I just hit one filled with water accidentally, about 5" or 6" deep probably, and put an unfixable hole in the side wall of my driver rear tire. The streets were bad in the fall as well. Anyone with an ss or redline in Grand Forks?

Im in bismarck and I hit a pothole last night and screwed up my front passenger tire so I ordered some Nitto N555's. Sucks but its a forced upgrade I guess lol
