I'll be leaving from the monroevill / N. Versialles area... around 5:30... so I should be there for around 6.

I'll check this thread before I leave for monroeville ( around 2:45 ) and I'll see you guys there.

I don't know what's going on. Waiting to hear back from Dave. I will be at a funeral from 4 until the earliest possible moment I can escape, probably right after they renew their vows and/or the throwing of rings at each other. This drama I'm hoping will last less than a half hour. I'm out of there before dinner.

I'm still trying to figure out who all is going. I'm actually feeling Import Fusion more than going out tonight... but I may still go out after Import Fusion. Who knows.

I gotta eat dnner with the g parents til atleast 7 from what it looks like idk when if il be able to go.

Import Fusion after the football game? Let me know if we can come to a consensus before like 3, cause that's when I'll be leaving for Coroapolis.

 

Import Fusion goes till 12... so Dan, depending on where your grandparents live, you should still be able to make it for a decent amount of the show.

Alicia, the game is at 4:05pm... apparently I was totally wrong last night. See I was told it was at 8 because my friend was going to meet us at the boardwalk after the first quarter. Oh well... I should've checked for myself.

Anyway, I'm not leaving home any earlier than 5:30 since I told my sister I'd give her a ride to work at 5... so I'm good to go after that.

 

I'm sticking around my place to watch the game....so if anyone wants to come down, you are more than welcome. Depending on how tired I am afterwards I may ride down to Import Fusion....

 

Damn it I need an excuse to leave this damn wedding thing early. LOL do you think "I'm having an allergic reaction to the thought of marriage" would work?

I'm hoping things have improved between them...last I talked to her they're not even sleeping in the same bedroom. In fact he may not be sleeping in her house much longer. She got mad cause lately he's been a real douchebag. He's got basically no responsibilities...she bought their house, she bought him a car, she pays almost all their bills (it's about 80% her 20% him) and he comes home and says for the next month or two she's going to need to be covering all the bills because he lost money playing poker. (He makes almost $30,000/yr....) His answer was "Stop thinking I'm like Burger King and you can have everything your way. And if you'd stop eating at Burger King maybe you wouldn't be so fat that I can't stand to even look at you."

I think I'll bring some popcorn and perhaps a video camera...if things are still like that this should prove to be entertaining...

Just for the record that show sucked a**!! If you didn't go good. There were some nice looking cars and 3 porno chicks which which made the show tolerable. I can't believe i was talked out of watching a football game to go to that show.

 

We went and I'd definitely agree, it was pretty disappointing. A lot of people were saying the same thing.

 

im so mad i missed it but i was in cally for a while and just got back today and had lots of stuff to take care off, but i did hit up a little car show in monroeville so that was cool

 

Well, while I agree that the show could've been better, it could've been alot worse.

Also, I still had fun.. everyone in our group seemed to have a good time reguardless of the cars. There was some nice scenery to look at and get pics of ... hope they aren't too blurry...

Yep, DL'd the pics this AM, and they are fuzzy/blurry. Some don't look bad, where the foreground is good, but the background is fuzzy... other's are jsut crappy. Figures those would be the ones I liked too... these women need to stay still.... dag nabbit!

Gonna have to get this camera sorted out, and maybe even break out the .. MANUAL... NOoooooooooooo

Next year, we just need to get a booth for a Burgh region of ss.net and put our cars in there... they can't be any worse than some of the stuff there.

 

Might be an idea, if I'm even still around next summer. Hopefully I'll be done with my Master's by then and on to bigger and better things (read: more friggin school).

 

Yeah I'm all for our own section at the show next year.
