When I turn my supercharged off I hear a loud ticking sound...it sounds like it is coming from the muffler...if someone could just let me know if that is normal or do I need to take it in...to check it out.

Normal, it's just the resonator cooling down. If you think the Cobalt is bad, go listen to an SER Spec V.

Just the exhaust system cooling down, and contracting. It expands quite a bit under all that heat (not visually, but mesaurably bigger)

Yah it's normal...but I gotta ask, why did you post this in the Canadian North Pacific section?

You can get an aftermarket exhaust and it should get rid of it. My exhaust stopped doing it after I got the Magnaflow.
