Saturday, Sept, 9th, Cobalts (anyone from anywhere welcome) (as well as pursuits and ions) will be gathering in Kingston...

AIM to be in Kingston for 2PM

LOCATION/TIME: 628 Gardiners Rd, Mall infront of Futureshop, take 401 to Kingston, exit at Gardiners rd and head south into the city, continue for a couple km's and you'll see bestbuy and futureshop and marksworkwarehouse on the left, We are meeting infront of the Future Shop

If your coming from MTL, TO or OTT, and have questions than you can either contact me (Ottawa), Firesting (MTL) or Distillion (TO) who are heading out from those various locations

Anyone from Ottawa and MTL are meeting in Prescott (off the 401) at 12:30pm and leaving from there to continue to Kingston at 1pm (WE are meeting in the canadian tire parking lot, map of that location in this thread)

For those heading out from the GTA, Speak to Distillion regarding where there meeting and at what time, 2pm is scheduled time so plan accordingly

Add me to the 'to be decided' list. I will be heading to the parents in Ottawa that weekend, and depending on what time/where in Kingston you guys are going to meet, I would love to stop by. Kingston is about what... 1hr from Ottawa?

 

Depends where in ottawa but most everything isundaer 2 hours. We;d love to have everyone show but pleaae do add youself to the list unles you klnow fo sho/s

 

Yeah...1hr and a half...depending on speed of course....but takes me an hour and a half...also..if ur heading from Syracuse we could meet you at the border, assuming u cross at Ogdensburg/Prescott...and we could head to kingston...for around noon...then me and superchargedss (so far the only 2 ottawa ss.net members indicating they'll go) will head back to ottawa and u can join in...

 

Thanks for the offer! I usually cross the border at 1000 Islands and get on the 401(?) to Ottawa. I'll check out some maps this weekend and see how I could get to Kingston from there, and also check out crossing at Prescott (never been that way).

My parents live in Kanata area. Whereabouts are you and superchargedss in Ottawa? I will know if I will be able to attend by mid next week and will let you guys know. I may already be in Ottawa on Thursday, so I will just drive to Kingston from Ottawa and back w/you guys.

Sounds good... Hope they got a big parking lot haha...

 

I was trying to find a very large parking lot and use the back or side of it but there's nothing I found that was that large and on sat @ 12 there was no one in the Mark's parking lot and we shouldn't have a problem fitting 20 cars or so I will continue to ask and search for a place that is better and keep everyone updated.

 

if you find a better place post the directions like you did the other location, that ws very handy

I am still working on a place. All the really nice places for pics is private property. We might be able to use the college parking lot which is massive but Sept 9th will be the first week of school and i dont know if that parking lot will be busy or not. I was there yesterday and it was completely empty.

 

Where do u live in Kingston anyway p7x?
