Anyone know how to remove rear pillars?

Anyone know how to remove rear pillars?
I removed the two front pillars by taking out the screws and pulling them off. The rear ones however do not have screws...
instead the have what appear to be little arrow shaped rubber chupathingies in there. I want to try and rip em' off but i dont want to break anything. thanks in advance!
