Ok so pretty much, this is what I want the inside of my car to look like. So where would I have to put neon to get my car to glow like this on the inside.

I dont just want neon under the dash and seats at ur feet, I want to whole inside to glow blue. Pretty much like the skyline in 2F2F.

 

then put alot of lights all over the place, make it as least practical as possible lol

 

I'd put them under the dash, along the door rail next to the seat, along the upper line of the rear window, under front and rear seats. That should do ya!
