thats sick, i saw a kid with a setup just like this on a celica and he had a front mount intercooler housing right over it so it looked like a front mount intercooler, crazy ****, any way we could pull this off? Props on the cf hood by the way, that scoop looks sick. Any problems with water getting into the engine bay wen it rains?

installs fairly easy maybe an hour... I installed mine about 2 weeks ago... check out cobalt-addiction under performance/forced induction... they got the meth kits there too.

It will allow for the I/C coolant to be cooled more efficiently. This will allow for your post IC intake temps to be lower.

question did you take off the first portion of the stock 3 tier setup or did you add this as an addition? I have yet to see someone run both as everyone so far has ran with the 3 tier being modified and only picking up maybe a difference of 15 degrees while driving. I wanna see if there are benefits to using it without modifying the stock 3 tier setup

cool keep us posted. I am sure that some of the cooling for the 3 tier will be blocked but there still should be enough surface area for it to still be a benefit by not modifying it.
