Angry F'er rear ended me Yesterday!

I was in the left turn lane and we had the green arrow, the arrow changed yellow on the car in front of me so he stopped. This a-hole in a Ford Focus slammed me at about 10mph. It was raining and this dick thought that the car in front of me and I would go through the yellow arrow (I would have if I was the car in front). Anyway we got out and I said I needed his insurance card so I could get his info, he said I don't have a card but I do have insurance. I called the cops immediately. We got out of the traffic and waited for the cops. I noticed he got out of his car and had a small piece of paper in his hand. Thinking he found his insurance card I got out. He handed it to me and I started reading it. IT WAS FOR A TOYOTA 4X4. I said "Do you think I'm stupid?" and handed it back to him. The cop cited him for following too close for the weather conditions and not having the proper insurance information. He does have insurance because I call the number on his card right there. It really didn't do much damage other than scratch the paint but I haven’t taken it in yet for an estimate so I don't know if there is any hidden damage. It drives good.
I hate these mf'ers that can't drive and follow too close. It seems like it get worse everyday. My freaking car has just over 3000 miles on it. ****!

Welcome to the club... (see my thread in Member's Rides)

Basicly the same thing happened to me.

People really need to learn how to drive in the rain.

Good luck with the scratch. When some guy scraped some paint off of my bumper and left fender it cost 2 grand. And there was maybe like 4 3/4 inch scratches. Also it took my barney mobile 3 coats of paint for the shop.
