Unhappy My baby feels slugish!

My 05 S/C feels like it is losng pulling power since I added my intake and Exhaust systems.

I installed a GMPP Touring Exhaust and an K&N Typhoon CAI. For the first of weeks she ran awsome. But the past 2 weeks I have noticed that she just does not seem to pull in 2nd & 3rd like she used to. I have the GM Stage 1 and the Stage 2 upgrade kits, but I have not put them in yet. I don't want to until I figure out what the problem is. My Cobalt only has 3823 miles on her and she is still a baby.

I have had some slipping problems with trans like most folks but only under hard driving.

Any ideas guys? Gm says there is nothing wrong with it.

I have found that high temps and higher humidity tend to make the car seam to lose power.
Is it hoter ot right now then it was? More humid?

Later

your car may need to be tuned, you cant expect to mod a car and just let the ECU compensate(yes but to a certain degree), take an sti for example .......with intake they need to be tuned to get the most out of it lol

Back when ......I went thru a similar situation with mine . I think I had like 10-13,000 miles at the time . My SS showed no symtons of any prob at all , but it felt like it lost and honest 30-40 hp . It eventually did throw a code for a random cylinder misfire . Even though the plugs looked perfect visually , at least 1 was bad . I replaced all the plugs on a whim , and got all my power back . Given the appearence of the plugs I took out I couldnt believe thats what prob was .

Not to say thats whats up with urs , but thought I would mention my wierd power loss problem .

CAI's tend to screw up the MAF tables on this car. I see you have one.
