You might try ZZP, they are pretty good at matching gm parts.

why???? just go with the 2.8 that pulley boyz or cobalt-addiction sells.... 3.15-2.9 is not much of a difference to waste the money

Thats what I want to do but this thread about maxing the 42lb. injectors's duty cycle up near 6,800rpms worries me. What do you think?

Thanks bro, I think they make the 2.85. That is as close as it gets though.

they are not maxed out... we've tested them to a 2.6 pulley and they were fine up to 7400 rpm (only at 54% duty cycle) I was running with my setup and switched to 60's cause bigger and better things are on the way

I wish you would go post that on the other thread. I was lead to believe that they are at 118% duty cycle at 7000 rpm, so I removed my 2.8" pulley and put back on a 3" ring to be safe. Was this with your W/I kit?

no it wasn't in at the time... the meth kit just adds more fuel basically anyway.... so I go rich as **** right now above 6k (10.9-11.4) gotta fix that...but I gotta wait til tuesday.
I might even have the logfile on my comp for it... I could sent you screenshots or something if you need proof.

54% duty cycle with a 2.6" pulley on 42lb injectors? WOW that is way far off from what everyone else has been saying. I 'll take your word for it.

I would appreciate it if we could get a log posted. I would go right back to my 2.8" pulley if I know my injectors won't go static. Check out the other thread if you don't mind and see if you agree with what they're saying. It has me(and others) really worried.

Thanks dude, I guess it's safe to run my 2.8 with 42# injectors. Just out of curiosity which brand of 42# injectors did you use?

You're wideband readout looks lean. Do you have a configuration file? I have 75% inj duty w/ my 60s at Redline. Most other ppl do too. Yours seems way too low.

ok first question I was originally using the lucas 42.5 lber's now I got the siemens flow matched 60 lbers...
2 ... that was an old run... its stays around 12.20-12.6 across the board now... still even with that (I had the meth kit on for the 2nd one) I had absolutly 0 knock retard... I think these motors can live around 13.1 or so ok... but I"ll play it safe at the higher boost levels

Hey 06blackg85ss thanks for this info. bro. I'm going to slap the CA 2.8" pulley on and get it tuned at CA. I'm just going to go with a 6,700rpm redline to keep her safe.
Thanks for the info. Can't wait for this dyno/tune day.
