We ran out at Fontana this weekend and made our first pass around 10:00. It ran an 11.98 @ 115mph. Our sixty foot times were a little off, it was about a 1.77. We were looking for a high to mid 11 pass and achieved that! So now the only place to go is down, so hopefully we'll have some more times for you in the near future. Let me know if anyone has any questions. :)

Thanks! We're very excited about it. Hopefully when we get our 60 foot back, we'll be able to drop it lower! We'll keep everyone posted :D

This is the GM phase 5 cobalt that was built by GM. There have been a number of modifications which honestly i couldnt list. However, the GM build book for the Cobalt lists all of the components of the Phase 5, so you can read everything in there or go to the cobalt webpage and read the specs.

Haha.. you know, the coolest thing about this car is that people can build it for themselves! GM has put together a build book for the cobalt so people can follow the steps and create their own. I'm very new to the sport compact world, but this car has really made a serious impression. It's a hot little car ;)

Wow, great time. That's still a respectable 60' , don't beat yourself up ;) would be nice if it were AWD though. Congrats and best of luck on runs to come!

Hey thanks for posting that link! The website is looking great and will be up very very soon. It'll give people a little more of an idea of what our team is about. I look forward to it being finished

We've been running 20lbs. We have yet to really push it. We're focusing on the consistency for bracket racing.

Any idea what the cost would be to get my SS/SC up to Phase 5? Is it even possible with the SS/SC? Does the work have to be done by a GM tech to not void my warranty. I will be getting a 2006 SS/SC with the G85 hopeully by mid-August. :cssNET:

I'm building the 400HP variant in the GM build book right now except I'm keeping the automatic 4T45E trans. Erica, with that 4T65E in the Phase 5, how are you launching? I'm worried about just spinning my tires.

I think doing the Phase 5 mods will void your waranty no matter who does it.
