i called theotherguys today:

if anyone is in the Riverside\San Bernardino\Orange county area they will give you a free header if you let them use your car, they will need it for between 5-10 days, after that they install a production header on your car and viola.. you got a quality product for free...

they are looking for an ss cobalt

if you are interested, just tell them you talked to sam on the forums and they will give you the rest of the info

this wont get moved to a sticky till the company contacts the proper channels and becomes a supporting vendor to the site...

 

I'd lend them my car but im in d-ware so oh well BUT it would only be a header (singular) remember we have 4-bangers...

 

yeah i'm used to the v6's... ten years from now i will probably still call a 4banger header "headers"

this thread is saying now theotherguys are going forward with the engineering, they just need a volunteer car.. i'm trying to get the info out...hell i hope that if someone found out something like this and it was in ohio i could find out about it, so i'm spreading the wealth to the guys in socal

 

UGH now they post it here, i emailed the other guys about the headers thing (i did the same with k&N with an intake they prototyped it on my car) but no response from TOG, so i woudl be willing!!!

I'll volunteer my car. i live 4 hrs from san bernardino.

4 hrs, damn id put the car on a truck and drag it there instead of add those miles, the shop they work at is actaly only 20 min from my house. I emailed him a while back regarding headers when one of the moderators told me they were interested and never got a response, best thing to do is just call him.
