I ordered the Stage 2 product last Friday and was really excited to get it in. For whatever reason, I wasn't able to track it on their site and my CC wasn't charged so I was a little frantic about whether or not i got the kick ass deal. I called up CED today and got a confirmation and tracking numbers for everything. I was excited to learn that they were being dropped off today, but then saw they shipped it to the wrong address :thumbsdow I called up Tom at CED and he took care of it all.

I'm very impressed with their ability to work with the customer and get them the answers they need. Every company screws up now and then, its how they recover that determines whether or not I'd purchase from them again.

Long story short, CED rocks and I will definately be a repeat customer!:cssNET:
