warrenty bs

warrenty bs

so i went to the dealer yesterday too fix the problem . My key was stuck in the ignition so they changed my shifter whatever here comes the good part. The part and service guy told me u removed the pastic engine cover that will void ur warrenty . thats is some bullsht

HAHAHAHA...no

i took mine in three weeks ago for a blown ignition control module and my plastic covers been off since the day i bought the car. go back to them and tell them they are retarded

Take it to a different Dealer.

Thats like saying you added winsheild washer fluid so you void your warranty.

Yeah, removing your engine cover would only void your warranty if...well...can't say I could find a situation where that would actually happen.

But no, tell your dealer he's full of crap. Then go to a new dealer.

If you're serious that your dealer said your car's warranty is void because you took off the engine cover tell them to put it in writing (always make your dealer put it in writing on any "voided" warranty work). Then send a copy of the document to your GM regional office and see what the response is.
