How do your cars handle in the snow?

I'm planning on getting a new G5 GT soon, and I'm just wondering how it handles in the snow. Now I have no problem driving in the snow. I've driven FWD [Plymouth Acclaim, Pontiac Grand Prix, Plymouth Voyager]], RWD [Ford Crown Vic], and a 4WD [GMC Jimmy] in NE Ohio snow with no problems. And as they say, skinnier tires are better for snow traction, and the 205/50/17's should do pretty well in the snow.

I just wanted your opinions.

Coming from 3 4x4's in a row, I had no trouble with the Cobalt in the snow last year.

Mine hasn't seen snow yet. But I have a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks on the way just in case.

Do you have a Turbo Grand Prix? I want one of those so bad - too bad all the ones around here I've seen for sale are beaters, or I'd have one already.

best car i had in the winter was an 89 caddy eldorado with the pitiful 4.5v8 fwd...getting that thing stuck in the snow would be like stopping bobby brown from getting to a line of coke...simply impossable

Yes, I have a Turbo Grand Prix. It's currently in hibernation because the tranny broke when my dad was driving it. Have to get it fixed.

The car does pretty good in the snow. I had a 99 Grand Prix GT before this and this car did just as good or better than that in the snow. You should be fine.

im going to try out my stockers this year for two reason:

1. My car last year...96 cavy z24...the front tires were so bald nascar wouldnt take them...no joke.
2. For the past few years we only have 2 or 3 good storms which are cleaned up pretty quick.
3. I am a decent snow driver. This will be my third car in the snow and I have not had any problems yet. No stuck or anything. First car was AWD but the cavy wasnt.

Well, thats three reasons but you get the point
