You pretty much need two nozzles to make it work right and get the spray pattern even. That means 110 shot which is quite a hit for a stock LSJ.
I have the plate, but I am rethinking. I have done a 75 with no issues, but I am not sure that I am willing to up it another 35.
I am selling it in the classifieds if your interested 100 bux.
mikess06 10-25-2006, 07:48 PM what happen if i only had one hole drilled in it would it still work fine?
mikess06 10-26-2006, 03:01 PM anyone evening have it installed?? or had it installed?

Why?
then can't you just run 25 nozels, or 35 so you get even flow, but still a 50 or 70 shot
CTCOBALTSSS 10-26-2006, 03:31 PM This is what you are talking about right? $149.99 isn't bad.
I like this because we can spray after the blower.
Anyway so you have to have 2 nozels hah? No such thing as a 25 shot then hah?
It would have to be at least 2-25 shots?

R33P3R007 10-26-2006, 03:55 PM thats my point, why can't you just use one and spray a 25.
zinner said he was spraying a 75.... how was he doing that 2 37.5's? i think not
mikess06 10-26-2006, 07:26 PM hey guys if i bought this plate spacer thingy could i just just one nozzle and have a 50 shot???
Quicksilver06 01-02-2007, 07:05 PM excuse me but if u spray after the blower wont that have a direct port effect? it just doesnt sound like a good idea to me, unless u have forged pistons and stuff.
TurboBlackBalt 01-04-2007, 01:18 AM Is the intercooler inside the intake manifold a traditional tube and fin style intercooler? (I really wish i could see the intake with the blower off). Problem with that, is if you shoot a wet shot (N20 and fuel) the fuel can potentally come out of atomization on the intercooler. The result is a super lean condition, resulting from N20 reaching the combustion chamber with no extra fuel.
How thick is that space? In the picture it doesnt look that thick. I would hate to try to drill some 1/4(or is it 1/8 I forgot) holes for the nozzles in that only to have it crack.

but thats pretty much what it's made for. To add in nozzles for nitrous and meth injection
TurboBlackBalt 01-04-2007, 01:47 AM 1/2" thick. Hmm drilling a 1/4 in hole in that would result in about 1/8 inch of material on either side. I guess thats not to bad, considering the 300ZX crowd uses a 3/8 intake spacer (between upper plenum and lower intake) and then drills that for nitrous nozzles.
What about the intercooler though?

The smaller the jets the more likely they get clogged
