Since the site is picking up, and the Cobalt will be out in a little over a month, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to spend time and help out the site. At this time we will only consider one or two, but that will change as we grow.

All moderatos are expected to show dedication and help us continue to stay the premier enthusiast site for the Chevy Cobalt. This means, that in addition to moderating the forums, you will be on a constant lookout for new related articles online, as well as in publications. As a moderator, you are expected to act mature and post quality content.

If you are serious about a moderator position, please submit your current resume along with a 1 page essay.
The essay needs to cover:
1. Why you would like to moderate and
2. Why do you think you are the person for the job?

Experience, knowledge, and education in IT and Computers preferred, but dedications is very important!
Not everyone who applies will be selected so please no hard feelings for those left out first time around.
Apply by Oct 15, 2004. I reserve the right to change this date :)

Please don’t not waste our time (and yours) if you are not serious.
Looking forward to working wit you
Team CobaltSS.net

I'd Like to apply for a moderator position. Seeing that I am a moderator at GMI, I am sure I could help out here as well.

yeah id be more than happy to do this too. i have been a mod over at HondaHookup.com in the accord forum for over 3 years. im currently leaving the position as we speak because my overall interest in that community has pretty much died. i also served as a admin on a website that was created a couple of years back and has since been taken down due the maker of the site movin on to different things (and he didnt have the money to support it anymore). im currently 21 and have been working on cars since i was 12 and half (lol, START UM YUNG!). I worked on the shop race car where my dad is shop foreman (happens to be a chevy dealership) back at home for a while before actually working there in the used car department/lube rack/service advisor (really just anywhere they needed me) until i graduated from highschool. then i moved to wilmington (to go to UNCW) and started working at a honda/acura store where i am currently a service advisor. saw the cobalt...fell in love...is now the car im going to buy either this winter or in the spring!

sorry for the biography...lol...just listing qualifications...(holla!)

i wish i would have seen this sooner!
