hey everyone... we are in the paint booth now with the new project car... supposed to have been gone a long time ago to SEMA.... but you know last minute crap is holdin us back and it gonna be goin with an extremely fresh paint job... i may be able to get some pics on here is ya'll wanna see... everyone has to love a wide body G5/cobalt!!! hahaha

well, the freakin computers im tryin to use are bein retarded at the moment... so its gonna have to wait a bit... im sorry fellas and ladies if any are lookin... hopefully i can get some pics when it comes out of the paint booth though... ill be here all night more than likely, so keep watchin for updates

 

ok, ive got a pic up but it is freakin late and im tired of messin with it to put it on here... so if someone else wants to... go ahead... its in the main gallery, just hit gallery at the main page of cobaltss.... should be one of the first few depending on how many people are posting pics still... looks rough there... but it will give ya the basic idea of whats goin on with it.... it is complete now, and i will have pics as soon as i can.... was actually just informed the first coat of blue is on now.... WOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!

 

ummm... maybe painted it will look ok, the kits a little extreme for me though

 

love the doors and sides of the car but not the front

 

forgot to mention, I love the hood you are probly gonna want to give me a discount on it,to put on my GT

 

it is kinda hard to appreciate the hood as it is represented in that pic.... lookin at it now it really makes the kit and gives it a really agressive look... and yes... the hood is BAD A$$.... it is the actual factory hood... we just cut it... haha, gotta love it... car gets off the assembly line... 3 weeks later, we completely gut it and cut up the hood... MUUUAAAAHHH HA HA HA HA!!!! gotta love bein a customizer!!! hahaha

 

I alreadt know thats the hood for me,thats one of two designs I have ben waiting for,it will go nicely with my cams

 

sounds good man.... obviously its not in production yet... but soon my friend.... very soon!!

 

and also, forgot to say..... on the front bumper there is no logo at all with the final piece.... we cut it out and its all open now... keeps it looking aggrassive and cleans it up a bit as well.... really sets it off nicely... so that way, maybe someone can fab a billet grille and really make it look sweet.... or a big enough intercooler could work too... hahaha

it is in paint as we speak.... final coat of brite iridescent blue is going on now.... next is the white hot rod sparkle over it.... when it gets out im gonna make sure we get some pics before they head to SEMA with it so i can post them on here and keep everyone informed

 

front looks identical to the front I had on my vibe gt also by street grafitti

 

it is pretty much the same bumper.... just no upper grill, and a little narrower of course... and i work for that shop... its our new project vehicle this year.... i posted some things a while back about the kits, but they were taken off because we arent a "supporting sponsor" of the site, even though im pretty sure we do the decals for the site.... no biggy though... just tryin to keep things kinda anonymous so ya'll can see some up and coming things

yeah man.... K&W coilovers.... decent ride... sits an inch and a half off the ground, all the way down.... its a beautiful thing!!

 

the street grafitti g5 gt sema car has a throttle body listed under modifications

 

ah, gotcha.... we dont have one.... it was listed as were a lot of things, but nothing came of it, as with a lot of things... sorry if we got your hopes up on that.... but the only engine/exhaust mods is a custom dual exhaust, and an injen intake
