What happened? Looks like you ran the bumper under something.

Sorry about your luck though.

Oh he drifted into you at a hill cause his truck was a manual transmission right? In Maryland thats your fault, Yup your fault. The police say you were following too closly to avoid an accident.

How do I know? Simply I drifted into a woman in a Cadillac in my Cavi and smashed her grill and headlight. When the cops came she told them what happened he looked and saw my car was a 5 spd and he told her it was her fault. She flipped out! It was great!

But yeah dude your most likly at fault I'm sorry to say.

99% sure they're gonna look at it as you were behind him so its your fault. Sucks I know but I've been there and done that.

I think Washington state law is that when you stop you must be able to see the bottom of their tires on the ground. Also I think their is something about if the person rolls back a certain amount ... maybe 3 to 5 ft that theyre at fault... but good luck man.

...it is the person who rolled into the other persons fault... that cop you had was retarted.... if you dont know how to drive your car to where you roll back that much... you shouldnt be driving a stick....

I know what your saying makes sence but the law sees it at he was following too closly. I know its stupid but unless the guy tells the cops he drifted back too far and mans up then
the cops are gonna pin it on him just cause he was behind the other dude.

most of that should buff out, i accidently reversed into a fence in my old cobalt and left a bunch of scuffs on it. your dealer might charge you, but i showed my dealership and they just buffed it out no charge, lol.

i agree with ya man but sometime so stupid people literally only give you a few inches. i know i've had people pull up so close to me on a hill i thought they were going to hit me and i had to use my e-brake to make sure i didn't hit them.

Yeah theyll buff that down and maybe add some bondo to smooth it out. I was in a wreck and a nice portion of the side of my front bumper got rubbed off. They fixed it and it looks as good as new.

ive been there plenty brotha. I hate drivers in NY you have to be soo cautious b/c they are frickin tards. You have to expect the worse I say and I never trust another driver. Unless he's wearing a Cobalt SS/SC badge.

While I agree with you, I have a suggestion. If you're going to call someone RETARDED at least spell it correctly.

Hey, did they ever say it was your fault? I hope the guy was honest enough to say he drifted back like 10 feet.
