so i ran my 2.4LSS against A Ion Redline S/C on the highway and an old abandon street way outside of my town...surprisingly i took him in both races were both stock it was fun...but in my oppinion he should have taken me...maybe it was difference in driving...but with my auto against his manual on the straight drag race we had i knew i would have taken him off the line witch i did but as soon as he hit 3rd he should have raped me...not sure what was up but i beat him twice we had lots of fun put no one in danger no cars were hurt so i would say loss or win it was a great night...going to do it again soon :-P

i run 13.4 with mods no 2.4 is runnign 13.4's unless they get major bolt ons or spray!

 

lol thanks man...my thoughts is that he doesnt know how to drive his car yet and doesnt want to drive it the way it can be driven...long stretches yea i believe that it depends on the driver but with that s/c i should take him off the line but he should blow past me by the time he hits 3rd

is it second? havent driven the saturn ion Redline and my cobalt is an auto...find out tomorrow if the dealership is going to let me swap...thats one of the reasons there are no mods on my SS yet
