Post pics after ther're installed!!!! I'm interested in this type of set-up. What's the ulitimate difference between lowering springs and coil overs (I know the latter are adjustable - but by how much)? Thanks Ray...keep up the good work!!! :) selfinfliction 07-18-2005, 01:30 PM What's the ulitimate difference between lowering springs and coil overs (I know the latter are adjustable - but by how much) i think the GC coilovers would drop one of the new cougars around 4" maybe a bit more. i think at the max height it was 1-1.5" lower than stock i would say around 4" would probably be max for the cobalt's too, maybe even 3.5" zinner 07-18-2005, 02:23 PM I am very interested in coil overs. And I think my terminiolgy for N way adjustable and yours are different. I think 5 way adjustable shocks is the best I have seen: 1) Preload 2) Ride Hieght 3) Rebound Dampening 4) Compression Dampening 5) Some other one I can't remember right now. When you say 36 way so you mean 36 adjustment points ? I guess I am asking if your setup has all those settings.
